We provide termination assistance for Human Resources Managers and Executives, when there is a suspicion that a terminated employee may be unstable or prone to violence. These services vary, from that of a simple bodyguard to ADR acting as an intermediary for the client. In that capacity, ADR assesses the terminated employee for security risk, finalizes paperwork for the employee on the employer's behalf, and generally acts as a messenger, while monitoring the terminated employees activities. By acting as an intermediary, ADR can diffuse the hostility and often prevent a potential violent act from occurring.

Strike Patrol
ADR provides professional security protection in strike situations, including assistance to incoming vendors and outgoing delivery vehicles when crossing picket lines. We escort management personnel and help insure a protected environment during the strike. We will provide temporary video and electronic equipment to assist you in monitoring activities of striking personnel.
